Privacy policy

Effective from 26 October 2026.

This page explains in plain words what data you give us through domaro.ge, why we need it and how we handle it. It follows the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

01Who processes your data

• We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require one at our scale. Please send any questions to the email above.

02What data we receive

• From the “Book a handyman” form: phone number, name, district, a description of the job and photos, if you attach them.
• From the checklist for cafés and restaurants: venue type and name, floor area, equipment list, descriptions and photos of faults, the contact person’s name, role and phone number, and your comment.
• If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram: your number or username and the conversation.
• The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only remembers the language you chose; this setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.

03Why, and on what legal basis

• To contact you about your request, clarify the job, quote a price, come and do the work, and later answer warranty questions.
• Legal basis: entering into and performing a contract at your request (Article 5(1)(b) of the Law). After the job is done we keep the order history to handle warranty requests and claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 5(1)(i)).
• We do not send advertising or newsletters without your separate consent.

04Do you have to give us your data

• No. But without a phone number or a messenger chat we cannot contact you or take the order. Name, district and photos are optional.

05Who we share data with

• DOMARO technicians who carry out your order.
• The services the site and requests run on: Cloudflare (site hosting and form handling), Telegram (the team’s private work chat), and WhatsApp if you message us there. The site’s fonts load from Google servers.
• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

06Transfers outside Georgia

• Cloudflare, Telegram, Google and WhatsApp servers may be located outside Georgia. We pass through them only what is needed to handle your request, and only because you sent us that request.

07How long we keep data

• Requests, messages and photos are kept for 2 years after your last contact with us and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

08Your rights

• Find out what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Have your data corrected, updated or completed.
• Ask us to stop processing, delete or block your data.
• Receive your data in a convenient format to pass to another provider.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, as easily as you gave it.
• To use any of these rights, email plutodogster@gmail.com or call +995 599 508 409. We reply within 10 working days.
• If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia or go to court.

09How we protect data

• Only the DOMARO team can see requests. The work chat is private and the site uses a secure connection (HTTPS).

10Changes

• If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
